We consider giving personal information to anyone without explicit consent, a personal betrayal and anything but a good business practice. We will not share any information with anyone. Obviously we do need to send your information to the credit card processors and the warehouse.
IvyRose77 Return Policy for Vu Qube
King Controls builds a high quality Portable & Truck Mount Satellite Antenna and backs it with a Full 1 Year Parts & 1 year Labor Warranty. Every Vu Qube Satellite Antenna is bench tested before King Controls (Wallace Technology) will let it out of the manufacturing facility. King Controls wants to handle virtually ALL issues, regardless of where the Vu Qube was purchased, so you must contact King Controls directly regardless of what the issue is. There is NO RETURN on the Vu Qube Satellite Antennas.
Do NOT buy a Vu Qube Satellite Antenna, unless you are willing to take responsibility for your purchase. By purchasing you agree to allow King controls to correct any issue you might have with your Vu Qube. If King Controls cannot solve the problem over the phone, you agree to send the Vu Qube back for repair or replacement. You may request IvyRose77 send you a shipping document if the problem is within the first 30 days, so check your Vu Qube out immediately.

- The GPS device includes a 1 year limited warranty against defects in hardware manufacturing.

Please take note: You must return the product in its original state and in the original box, along with complete packaging together with all accessories and manuals within 30 days of purchase.
You will be charged 15% of the total cost of the product as a restocking fee when you return it. IvyRose77 will pay for 5% of your restocking fee. And all returns that are shipped back will be at your expense.
We do NOT pay for shipping.
Please make sure that you are ordering the right product to avoid incurring the above costs. We are happy to assist you with your returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to request an RA (Return Authorization) via email.
You may use our "Contact Us page". We will request an RA from the manufacture and send it to you along with the address where you are going to send the product.

Please take the time to check and inspect whether the items you've received are in good condition. If you have found, that you have receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately and request from us a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
We will request an RA from the appropriate manufacturer and send it to you, as soon as we receive it, along with instructions and the address to send the item too. Please Note: Products returned for repair and replacement will be accepted within 90 days of purchase. For further questions, please Contact Us.
IvyRose77 Website Error Policy
IvyRose77 makes every effort to remove any errors on the website. However, should you order a product that does not meet the product description, you can keep it as is, or if you prefer, contact us for a shipping document and return it for a full refund, including shipping. For example, the dimensions may be wrong, or the voltage is incorrect, or advertized accessories have changed or may not be included, or the product has just changed due to an upgrade or manufacturing change. All we ask is that you indicate exactly what is incorrect, so that we can correct it on our website.

Our link partners are important to us. Linking for people is also important to us. More important than the search engines. Consequently we have chosen to ignore some of the (what we feel to be) excessive promotion of link exchanging. We have set the following Link Policy guidelines for ourselves when choosing link partners.
They must be US companies or have a dominant US customer base. We are a US based company who only ships to US addresses. It does not do us any good to have a link from a website who only serves another country. It is also a waist of time for their customers.
They must have a clear link to their link partners page on their home page, just as we do. What good are links if no one can find them?
Their links must be clear and easily readable, so that their customers, if interested might choose to click on their link partners links. Again, what good are links if no one can read them.
We strongly prefer links in the Trucking industry, but will accept good quality links from other industries.
You should not have more than 40 links to the page. Very few people will read down a page with hundreds of links on them. Our pages are limited to 15 or 20.
No pop-ups, pop-unders or any other (what we feel are obnoxious) content that the website visitor has not requested. We do not want to send our customers to a website to have un-requested content shoved in their face. We will remove any links that our customers complain about.
We will NOT link with website using the following (what we feel are unethical) Link Policy tactics.
a. Placing their partner's links on a domain other then theirs. For example, we have noticed a few websites who place their partners links on Link Manger's website.
b. Having no links to their partners link pages.
c. Using the robots.txt file or the robots meta-tag to block search engine access to their partner's link pages.
d. Placing their partner's link pages deep into their Navigation structure.
e. Linking to their own page, then using redirects to go to their link partner's page.
The net is a difficult place to do business on, but it does become easier when you support and are supported by legitimate and ethical businesses.
